RENLYSA ARTISTRY STUDIO'S POLICY

REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK

You must be at least 18 years old to receive services. Please bring an official photo ID with you and we will make a digital copy. Before your procedure, you need to complete your digital smartwaiver.


Hello, Thank you for taking the time! Please review and sign our information below regarding our Scheduling Policy. (UPDATED October 2022)


Understand that this policy is put into place to protect our business from unforeseen mishaps, cancellations or rescheduling which will effect our limited appointment dates and time slots. This is to ensure that every Artist and client of ours has the opportunity and equal respect when booking with Renlysa Artistry.

Viewing/Signing this waiver you are acknowledging that in ANY/ALL circumstances that result in last minute cancellations or rescheduling you will in good faith pay any fees that may be charged. It is understood that some situations are unavoidable examples include, weather, deaths or sickness. Which must be notified to our office immediately, when scheduled.


NOTICE: Failure to follow our Scheduling Policy we have the right to deny rescheduling/rebooking and all fees will be due and made record of. In order to keep it fair for all of our loyal clients. We do appreciate your time and business!


*Deposit Retainer's fee

Upon booking with us, you agreed to these terms. In order for us to secure your date, please make your NON REFUNDABLE retainer's fee percentage vary depending on service. The fee will be credited to your total on your procedure day. If service is not completed, you will lose your retainers fee. No Exceptions. Please be sure to plan your appointment accordingly and that you are serious about receiving our services. Serious inquiries only, the fee is non-refundable regardless of any timeframe that you cancelled.


If we do not receive a deposit within 24-48 hours, your appointment will be cancelled by our booking system Fresha. Once you booked an appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the appointment with your card, to make the retainer's fee payment. 



*Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require a 72 hours in advance notice to cancel your appointment and your retainer's fee and consultation fee is non refundable. If you rebook in the future you will need to pay a retainer's fee again. Rescheduling your appointment 2x consecutively will incur an additional $50 fee.



*No Shows

Please note that if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee booked and you are not allowed to rebook, unless proof of emergency provided and 100% of booked appointment paid.



*Running Late

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service will end at the service scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to be reschedule immediately with a $50 deposit fee. Reasons are permanent makeup tattoos are timed evenly to ensure equal quality in between each scheduled clients.  



OTHER INFORMATION:

Session 2:

The 6-10 weeks post touch up appointment must be scheduled no later than 10 weeks maximum. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment and it is outside of that time frame, you will be charged additional $60 for a boost rate. Touch up and boost touch are an additional fee and is never included

Touch up and Boost:

Unfortunately, we cannot perform a touch up or boost by another Artist outside of Renlysa Artistry. Please understand you must complete your services with your original artist unless there are unforeseen events. We thank you for understanding. Cost is based on the amount of time you waited. Aftercare and Materials:

After any procedures (brows, lips, eyeliner), it is very important to follow the instructions given by the Artist. If you do not follow the instructions, you risk an infection, and you also risk the full benefits of having the procedure done. All extra materials given to you such as razors, q-tips, soaps, wipes and etc are to be used at your own discretion, we are not responsible for any misuse, allergic reaction, or outcome.

Results:

Results may vary from client to client. Poor precare or after care, skin type, excessive bleeding, medical condition or medications may affect the look of the treated area. If you agree to the shape, measurements, and color before the Artist begins, you cannot change your mind after they are done. After you leave the studio, we are not responsible for any unsatisfied outcomes. Be sure you let the Artist know specifically what you want before mapping or immediately after the procedure is complete and while you are still in the treatment room. ​No refunds or free corrections after you leave the studio.

No Exceptions:

We cannot tattoo pregnant or nursing women.

We cannot tattoo anyone under the age of 18.

We cannot refund or provide complimentary sessions, regardless of satisfaction after you leave the studio.

We do not tolerate any types of abuse including verbal, physical, or cyberbullying. We have the rights to pursue legal actions for cyber bullying, financial and emotional distress

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Medical Conditions: (​Auto Immune, Thyroid, Diabetic, Mental Disorder, Blood Borne Diseases). Please inform Renlysa Artistry before booking to ensure you are the right candidate for tattoos. Failure to disclose information of any medical condition that may interfere with procedures, will result in Renlysa Artistry's non liability of any issues or complications during or post procedures, which also includes the results of the brows, lips eyeliner. A copy of a doctor’s note/clearance is required for medical conditions.

Guests and Pets:

We ask you to not bring a guest with you to your appointment, as we do not allow anyone besides the client in the treatment room. Children and non-serviced pets will not be allowed in the studio for safety and sanitary purposes. Only 1 companion is allowed if needed for translation.

Rate:

Our rates are subject to change anytime without notice. Anytime we have a rate increase, the increase will apply to all appointments booked after the increase date; old rates are honored for all appointments scheduled before rate increases.

Payment source and Payment Plan:

We accept all major credit card payments, we do not accept money orders or checks on the day of procedure. Cashapp, and Venmo are accepted. All extra credit card or Venmo fees must be added. All payment plans require by Affirm, PayPal or Cherry credit base on approval. If you cancel you will lose the retainer's fee and all other extra fee charge by Paypal, Cherry and Affirm

Any legal ramifications will be handled accordingly.

Corrections or Cover ups:

If you show up to your appointment without disclosing previous cosmetic tattoo work, your appointment is cancelled along with a $50 fee. Correction and cover up results are not guaranteed and a consultation required. Rates for corrections are depending on how much work is needed and excludes touch up. Multiple sessions may be needed and will be priced accordingly.

Gift Certificates, Specials Offers and Promotions:

Restrictions apply to eGift cards, offers and promotions. Gift Certificates are active 24 hours after purchase and valid for 365 days (1 year). Prices are subject to change. Limitations and rules apply at Renlysa Artistry's discretion.

Students, Trainees, Apprenticeship Observations:

You are subject to be randomly observed by students, trainees, and Apprentices. Photos/videos will be used for learning purposes only. A non refundable deposit of $50 requires you to be a student model.

I have read and understand the information above. I hereby release Renlysa Artistry LLC, its personnel, and any other persons participating in my treatment from any and all liability. I have read, understand, and agree to the Renlysa Artistry LLC policies.
