WAIVER OF LIABILITY -  HUNTING CONTRACT

(Please Read Carefully) - It is required that all participating in operations with Lewis Outdoor Adventures, read, follow and understand the following information.

In consideration of being permitted to enter onto property owned, leased or access gained through other legal means by Lewis Outdoors Adventures LLC or partners, and contracted labor for hunting or other purposes, the undersigned for himself or herself, his or her guests, agent, employees, executors, heirs and next of kin hereby RELEASES, WAIVERS, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lewis Outdoors Adventures LLC, their agents, their employees, their executors, and directors; herein referred to as “Releases,” from all liability, costs or occurrence resulting from personal injury or damage to property whether caused by the negligence or intentional act of the Releases or otherwise, while in or upon any personal or real property with Lewis Outdoors Adventures or its partners.  The undersigned also accepts full responsibility for any and all hunting related accidents.  The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that hunting on or even just being on a hunt with Lewis Outdoors Adventures or partners involves the risk of serious injury, and/or death, or property damage whether or not due to the negligence of Releases while participating in activities said properties.  This instrument shall be applicable to any accident, injury, or event that occurs this year or in succeeding years.  The undersigned personally accepts all liability and responsibility for the actions of everyone hunting with him or her (including minors, friends, associates, guests, etc.)

1.  THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNS THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY / HUNTING CONTRACT, and further states that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from this agreement have been made. 

 2.  In addition by signing below I give my permission for Lewis Outdoor Adventures LLC to use any (PHOTOS & VIDEOS) taken with myself or the others in the party as they see necessary for advertising or producing content for social media, website or other marketing avenues.

 3.  I also understand that it is my party’s responsibility to take (all birds harvested by the group) or the party home or to the appropriate processing facilities.  The method and means by which these birds or game is transported shall in no way be the responsibility of Lewis Outdoor Adventures LLC.  I understand and agree that the transportation and processing methods for any birds or game taken is my responsibility and choice. Furthermore, I am aware of the Wyoming game laws and how they apply to my hunt, processing and transportation.

 4.  I understand that the daily rate is a (four person minimum) even if four hunters aren’t present.

 5.  I understand that in the event that the hunters and / or the hunting party, (not including guide limits) LIMIT OUT on bird harvest there will be an (AUTOMATIC 20% MINIMUM GRATUITY) added to the (DAILY) total for each day that the party limits.  Additional gratuities beyond that are up to the party.  If limits (ARE NOT) reached the gratuity is up the party.  We strive to offer the best possible hunt and in the end we want you happy, if you aren’t the gratuity can reflect that.  However, in the event that the hunt is successful we greatly appreciate your recognition this with gratuities.

 6.  I understand the final payment and balance due shall be paid no later than at the end of the hunt or a 5% daily charge will be added.  Please keep in mind 3% may be added for certain transactions, Venmo, PayPal, Square, etc.


7. Cancellations, please note that 50% of the trip total will be billed for any cancelations less than 30 days before the scheduled trip date. In the event of bad weather or illness the trip may be rolled over to the coming year if setup at the time of the cancellation.
